Any airline or fuel supplier that requires accurate data to monitor inventory levels or verify reported fueling tickets can benefit from the services provided by Logicraft.
Logicraft identifies and flags errors submitted by into-plane agents using a deep validation process against actual airline schedules (for airline customers) or airline data feeds (for supplier customers). We also negotiate error corrections on behalf of our customers. This includes verifying and correcting flight numbers, tail numbers, aircraft registration numbers, dates, missing destination airports, meter readings, gross volumes, and net volumes. We can also calculate or provide missing values as needed.
Any discrepancies not aligned with the current airline schedule—such as missing or incomplete flight numbers, tail numbers, destination airports, incorrect meter readings, missing tickets, or tickets belonging to another airline—are flagged. These are then presented either to the customer directly or, at the customer’s request, to the into-plane agents for resolution.
Yes. Logicraft is the only company in the U.S. and Canada integrated to submit data in XML format to Skymetrix airline customers. We are also integrated with Charter Brokerage to prepare duty drawback reports on behalf of airlines.
The core schema is consistent for all customers, both new and existing. However, Logicraft offers full flexibility to customize data flows and reports to meet each customer’s unique requirements.
