OurStory

Three Decades of Innovation

Logicraft was founded in 1994 by Avery J. Kraft, an aviation industry veteran who recognized an urgent need for better fuel data management solutions. At the time, airlines and fuel suppliers relied on manual processes, paper-based systems, and disconnected databases to manage one of their largest operating expenses. The inefficiencies were staggering: hours spent manually entering fuel ticket data, days lost to reconciliation disputes, millions in unclaimed duty drawback refunds, and constant struggles to maintain accurate inventory records.Our first product automated fuel ticket validation for a regional carrier operating at 15 airports. The results were immediate and compelling: processing time cut in half, error rates reduced by 80%, and complete visibility into fuel operations for the first time. Word spread quickly, and within two years, we were serving multiple airlines and expanding our platform to address broader aviation fuel management challenges.

Growth Through the 2000s

As more airlines and fuel suppliers recognized the value of automated fuel management, Logicraft expanded rapidly. We added duty drawback recovery capabilities after discovering that airlines were leaving millions of dollars unclaimed due to manual filing processes. Our DutyCounter platform helped clients recover these funds by generating accurate, compliant reports from audited fuel and flight data.We also developed comprehensive tank farm management capabilities, recognizing that fuel suppliers and airport operators needed better tools for inventory tracking and reconciliation. By 2010, Logicraft was processing fuel data from over 200 airports and serving clients on three continents.

OurSolutions

What we deliver

The 2010s brought significant technological advancement to the aviation industry. Mobile devices, cloud computing, and API-based integration opened new possibilities for fuel management automation. Logicraft embraced these innovations, rebuilding our platform on modern cloud infrastructure and adding mobile capabilities for ramp operations. We developed comprehensive API integration with leading industry platforms including Skymetrix, ARiVA DATA, and FlightStats, enabling seamless data exchange across the aviation fuel ecosystem. This integration capability became a key differentiator, allowing clients to create unified fuel management environments spanning multiple systems and stakeholders. Our FuelTaxPro platform launched during this period in response to increasingly complex regulatory requirements. Airlines operating across multiple jurisdictions needed automated solutions to manage federal and state tax obligations, and FuelTaxPro delivered the accuracy and efficiency they required.

Today: AI-Driven Intelligence

Logicraft now stands at the forefront of aviation fuel management technology. Our latest platform incorporates advanced analytics, machine learning, and predictive capabilities that transform fuel data into strategic insights. We're currently developing the next major version of FuelCounter, featuring enhanced data visualization, AI-driven anomaly detection, and predictive analytics that help clients stay ahead of operational challenges.
