Logicraft Corporation has done aviation fuel accounting, reconciliation and data services for airlines and fuel operators since 1994. FuelDeck™ is that practice turned into software. It collects aviation fuel records, checks quantities and flight details, and delivers traceable data to the teams and systems that reconcile and account for fuel.
About Logicraft
Avery J. Kraft founded Logicraft Corporation in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey, in 1994. Every uplift produces a record. It reaches the accounting office by portal, feed, email or straight off the ramp, in formats nobody ever standardised. For thirty years our job has been turning those records into a ledger airlines and fuel operators can actually account for.
Logicraft's fuel accounting practice covers 480+ airports and 726 million gallons of jet fuel a year. FuelDeck™ is that practice made into software. It is not a document tool pointed at fuel. It is one checked, traceable ledger, powered by the FuelCentral™ aggregation engine.
FuelScanner™, FuelCounter™ and VersoData™ are available today. DutyCounter™ (coming H2 2026) and FuelTaxPRO™ (coming 1H 2027) will report from the same ledger.
Avery J. Kraft founds Logicraft in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey, for aviation fuel accounting, reconciliation and data services.
The practice grows to 480+ airports and 726 million gallons of jet fuel a year, and along the way builds two decades of field fuel data: over half a million historical fuel records.
21,000 live fuel tickets for airline customers at 51 stations, most in North America and the Caribbean, July 1–October 21, 2026. 98 percent validated and posted with no human touch (nobody pinned a date, flight or tail, edited a field, overrode a check or triggered a re-check). One in seventy needed a person. Never for a quantity.
FuelDeck™, built under CTO Ronny Kraft, launches November 2, 2026, with FuelScanner™, FuelCounter™ and VersoData™ available from day one.

Letter from our CEO
When I started Logicraft in 1994, the record of every uplift passed through fuelers, into-plane agents, spreadsheets and file drops before anyone could account for it. Read by hand. Re-keyed by hand. Checked and reconciled by hand. Fuel is one of the largest costs an airline carries, and too much of it moved on records nobody could fully trust. That bothered me then. It still does.
Our belief was simple. Check the record before it posts, and everything downstream gets easier. Keep the evidence with every line, and a challenged number is answered from the record instead of an inbox search. For thirty years we've done that work one airport at a time. More than 480 of them now, and 726 million gallons of jet fuel a year.
Trust is the whole product. The people who rely on us are not impressed by dashboards. They want a number they can put in front of an auditor, or into a dispute, and have it hold. That is the bar on every ticket.
The next chapter is FuelDeck™, thirty years of fuel accounting practice made into software. It collects aviation fuel records, checks quantities and flight details through four gates, one of them a mandatory match to the airline's own published schedule, and delivers traceable data to the teams and systems that reconcile and account for fuel. The rules it runs on were written down and ratified by experienced fuel accountants. That knowledge no longer lives in a few heads. Duty and tax reporting will follow, from the same ledger.
None of this is about technology for its own sake. It's about the people who keep aviation moving, who deserve numbers they can stand behind. Thank you for trusting us with the most important number in your operation. We don't take that lightly.
— Avery J. Kraft, Founder & Chief Executive Officer, Logicraft Corporation
How we work
The same commitments since 1994.
A number you can't defend is worse than no number at all. Every record passes four gates, including a mandatory match to the airline's published schedule, and stays traceable to its source document. When a figure is challenged, the record answers.
Your fuel data is sensitive, and it stays yours. FuelDeck™ runs on Google Cloud with per-tenant isolation, role-based access, audit logging of privileged actions, TLS 1.3 in transit and AES-256 at rest.
FuelDeck™ is thirty years of fuel accounting made into software, not generic OCR. Its rules were written down and ratified by experienced fuel accountants. Quantities are compared only on their own basis: gross, net, metered or ordered.
