The platform

One checked, traceable ledger

Every source feeds one engine. FuelDeck™ reads a record when it arrives, checks it against your rules and the airline's own schedule, posts it to a single ledger with the evidence attached, then delivers it in whatever format the other side expects. Nothing gets re-keyed.

FuelCounter™ · checked before it posts

Four gates before anything posts

Every uplift gets read, matched to a scheduled flight and screened against two decades of history before it posts. If a ticket fails a gate it is held, with the reason, next to the schedule leg it was checked against. Not posted and then found later.

01

Your own field rules

Your rules, field by field, each one set to reject, prompt or flag.

02

Flight identity

Flight and tail are checked against live departure data, so the fuel ends up on the flight that actually took it.

03

Schedule match

A mandatory match against the airline's published schedule. Next-day tolerance and tail-number rescue are built in.

04

Uplift history

An anomaly screen by route and aircraft type. Behind it sit two decades of field data and more than half a million historical records.

Quantity basis

Never compared across bases

Gross, net, metered and ordered stay as written and only get compared on the same basis. A difference is explained before anyone calls it a variance.

Copies · corrections · splits

Told apart

A re-sent report, a changed ticket and a second truck are not the same thing. Revisions are tracked, so the source, the ledger and the delivered file never drift apart.

Evidence

On every line

Each posted ticket keeps its source document, its review decisions and its delivery status. When a number is challenged, the answer comes from the record, not from somebody's inbox.

A4A · IATA XML

Delivered as expected

Standard XML for fuel management and accounting systems, mapped per customer. The file that goes out is the ledger that was reviewed.

The proof · touchless case study

21,000 live tickets, checked with nobody re-keying them

Live fuel tickets for airline customers at 51 stations, most in North America and the Caribbean, from July 1 to October 21, 2026. Excel, PDF and CSV files from handler portals, data feeds and email, all run through Logicraft's managed fuel-data service.

Needed a person: a date, a flight or a tail, never a quantity

0%

Of October's tickets posted with nobody at a keyboard

No human touch means the ticket reached validated or posted without anyone pinning a fuel day, flight or tail, editing a field, overriding or re-validating. Clicking Post on a machine-validated ticket does not count as a touch. Nobody at a keyboard means the scheduled job posted it after the nightly sweep, with no one logged in. Needed a person means any of those acts, counted once per ticket. The figures measure the absence of human intervention, not accuracy.

Products

FuelDeck™, and the five modules inside it

Your central command for fuel intelligence. FuelDeck™ is the suite. One intake for every source, validation shared by every module, one ledger with the evidence on every line, delivery in the format the other side expects. The FuelCentral™ aggregation engine runs underneath.

The platform

FuelScanner™ · reads the record as it arrives

Any channel in, one checked record out, in seconds

Files first. Excel, PDF and CSV from handler portals, data feeds and the intake email are parsed as they arrive. A layout FuelDeck™ hasn't seen before is held for review, never guessed at. When the record is the ticket itself, handwritten, printed, thermal, or a ramp photo taken in any phone's browser, FuelScanner™ reads 32+ fields in under three seconds and sends anything it is unsure of to one-click review, right beside the original. Ramp to fuel accounting office, end to end, with no new hardware.

Who we serve

Built for the backbone of aviation fuel

A fuel ticket is a hand-off. Airlines consume it, into-plane agents produce it, airports and consortia hold the fuel farm behind it. FuelDeck™ opens on whichever side of it you sit.

Airlines

Scattered fuel records become traceable accounting data. Every uplift is matched to a scheduled flight and screened against two decades of history before it posts.

Into-plane agents

Any ticket, any airline, accepted the first time. Read in seconds, checked against the airline's schedule before it leaves you, delivered in each airline's own format.

Airports & consortia

Receipts, transfers and uplifts on one ledger. Statement comparison is built in, every feed is watched daily, and you get the answer without building a spreadsheet.

Fuel suppliers

Validated volumes with the evidence behind every line: the original ticket, each correction, the delivery status. A dispute gets answered from the record.

Trust & security

Encrypted, isolated and logged

Fuel data is sensitive. FuelDeck™ runs on Google Cloud. Each company's data is walled off, access is set by role, and every privileged action is logged.

Google Cloud

Built on Google Cloud

Role-based access, per-company configuration and an audit log of every privileged action. Customer credentials are stored write-only and encrypted. Nobody sees them again, admins included.

TLS 1.3 · AES-256

Encrypted and isolated

Every ticket and record is encrypted in transit with TLS 1.3 and at rest with AES-256.

Per-tenant isolation

Your data, only yours

Each company's data is kept separate and enforced on the server, with signed file links that expire. Your records and your exports stay yours.

Resources

What is manual fuel-ticket error costing you?

A 2026 Skymetrix study looked at 1.12 million fuel and airport-charge invoices across 31 airlines. 40 percent still arrived as paper or unstructured PDF and were keyed by hand, and one entry in 28 was keyed wrong. Move the sliders to size the question for your own operation. It is an illustration, not a promised saving.

Illustrative annual exposure

How this is calculated: annual gallons (tickets × 12 × gal/ticket) × your discrepancy rate × an illustrative exposure per gallon of Jet A price × 7%. The Jet A band ($1.00–$4.50/gal) spans the 2015–2025 spot market. It sizes the question. It is not a measured loss or a promised saving, and a quantity difference is never automatically money owed.
