Privacy Policy

Template notice. This Privacy Policy is a general template, shown here for illustration on a demonstration site. It is not legal advice. Have qualified counsel review and adapt it before relying on it for any production deployment.

1. Introduction

Logicraft Corporation ("Logicraft," "we," "us," or "our") provides the FuelDeck™ platform and its modules to airlines, into-plane agents, airports and fuel consortia, and other aviation fuel operators. This Privacy Policy sets out what information we collect, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. It applies to logicraft.com and to the FuelDeck™ platform and related services (together, the "Services").

2. Information we collect

Account information

When you create an account or book a demo, we collect details such as your name, work email address, company, role, and authentication credentials. Sign-in is managed on the Google Cloud platform the Services are built on.

Fuel operational data

To deliver the Services, our customers upload and generate operational records, including fuel uplift tickets and fuel record files, airline schedules, data feeds from handler portals, and receipts, transfers and inventory statements. This data is processed on behalf of the customer to capture, validate, post, and deliver it. The customer is the controller of this data; Logicraft processes it under the customer's instruction.

Usage data

Some technical and usage information is collected automatically: log data, device and browser type, pages viewed, feature interactions, and approximate location derived from IP address. We use it to secure, operate, and improve the Services.

Website forms, cookies and analytics

When you fill in a form on this website (to download a case study, subscribe to updates, get started or contact us), we keep the details you enter in our customer relationship system so we can reply and, if you asked for them, send you updates. Every update email has an unsubscribe link.

This website uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people find useful. Analytics cookies are set only as your choice allows: visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked first, and everyone can accept or reject them in the cookie banner. We don't use advertising cookies. The site also remembers your theme, text size and cookie choice in your browser. .

3. How we use information

  • To provide, maintain, and operate the FuelDeck™ platform and its modules.
  • To process fuel operational data so customers can capture fuel records, validate them against airline schedules and flight data, post them to a ledger, and deliver them to downstream systems.
  • To authenticate users, secure accounts, and prevent fraud or abuse.
  • To respond to demo requests, support inquiries, and other communications you initiate.
  • To analyze and improve performance, reliability, and product features.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

4. Data security

The Services depend on your data being protected. The FuelDeck™ platform is built on Google Cloud and applies several layers of protection:

  • Encryption in transit with TLS 1.3 and at rest with AES-256.
  • Per-tenant isolation, so no account can access another's data.
  • Role-based access control, per-company configuration, and audit logging of privileged actions.
  • Customer credentials stored write-only and encrypted.

Our Trust & Security overview describes our security posture in more detail.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information or your fuel operational data. We share data only as needed to provide the Services:

  • Sub-processors: limited to infrastructure providers (such as Google Cloud) that host and operate the platform under contractual data-protection obligations.
  • At your direction: when you export, integrate, or file data with downstream systems (for example, A4A or IATA XML deliveries, spreadsheet exports, or accounting systems).
  • Legal compliance: when required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Logicraft, our customers, or the public.

6. Data retention

We retain account and operational data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, and thereafter as required to comply with legal, tax, audit, and recordkeeping obligations. Customers may request deletion of their data subject to those obligations; on termination, customer data is handled per the applicable service agreement.

7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete personal information we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. Because much of the operational data we process belongs to our customers, requests relating to that data may be directed to the relevant customer (the controller). To exercise your rights or ask a question, contact us using the details below.

8. International transfers

Logicraft and its infrastructure providers may process data in countries other than the one in which you reside. Where data is transferred across borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) and the protections provided by our infrastructure partners.

9. Children

The Services are intended for businesses and their personnel. They are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

Terms & Conditions

Template notice. These Terms & Conditions are a general template, shown here for illustration on a demonstration site. They are not legal advice. Have qualified counsel review and adapt them before relying on them for any production deployment.

1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FuelDeck™ platform, its modules, and the logicraft.com website (together, the "Services") provided by Logicraft Corporation ("Logicraft"). By accessing or using the Services, or by entering into an order or service agreement that references these Terms, you agree to be bound by them. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

2. Description of service

The FuelDeck™ platform is a unified system for aviation fuel intelligence, powered by the FuelCentral™ aggregation engine. It currently includes FuelScanner™ (capture), FuelCounter™ (validation and ledger), and VersoData™ (questions over the ledger). DutyCounter™ and FuelTaxPRO™ are announced modules that are not yet available; they will be provided under these Terms when released. Features will change over time; we may add, modify, or discontinue functionality.

3. Accounts & eligibility

To use most features you must register an account and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. The Services are intended for business use by individuals who are at least 18 years old and authorized to act for their organization. You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep it current.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
  • Access or attempt to access data belonging to another tenant or account.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except as permitted by law.
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the Services or their infrastructure.
  • Upload malicious code or use the Services to transmit unlawful or infringing content.
  • Resell or provide the Services to third parties except as expressly authorized.

5. Customer data & ownership

As between the parties, you (the customer) own the fuel operational data and other content you submit to the Services ("Customer Data"). You grant Logicraft a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and display Customer Data solely as necessary to provide and support the Services, and as otherwise instructed by you. We may use aggregated, de-identified data that does not identify you or your organization to operate and improve the Services.

6. Intellectual property

Logicraft and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including the FuelDeck™ platform, the FuelCentral™ engine, all software, designs, and documentation, excluding Customer Data. FuelDeck™, FuelScanner™, FuelCounter™, DutyCounter™, FuelTaxPRO™, VersoData™, and FuelCentral™ are trademarks of Logicraft Corporation. No rights are granted except as expressly set out in these Terms.

7. Confidentiality

Each party may receive confidential information from the other in connection with the Services. The receiving party agrees to use such information only to perform under these Terms and to protect it with at least the same care it uses for its own confidential information. This obligation does not apply to information that is public, independently developed, or rightfully received from a third party without restriction.

8. Disclaimers & warranties

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Logicraft disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that outputs (including reconciliation results, drawback eligibility, or tax filings) are free from error; you remain responsible for reviewing outputs and meeting your own regulatory obligations.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Logicraft and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to the Services. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amounts paid by you for the Services in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Term & termination

These Terms apply for as long as you use the Services or as set out in your service agreement. You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required to protect the Services or other users. On termination, your right to access the Services ceases; provisions that by their nature should survive (including ownership, confidentiality, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Governing jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Governing jurisdiction] for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services.

12. Changes to terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
