The platform · FuelDeck™
FuelDeck™ collects aviation fuel records, checks quantities and flight details, and delivers traceable data to the teams and systems that reconcile and account for fuel. Each record gets captured, held to four gates, posted to one ledger, then delivered as A4A and IATA standard XML.
FIG 1.0 · the data engine
Files from handler portals and data feeds, the email intake, scans, phone photos: all of it enters one pipeline and is checked against airline schedules and live departure data. FuelScanner™ reads the record. FuelCounter™ holds it to four gates. It posts to one ledger with the evidence on every line and goes out as A4A and IATA standard XML. All four phases are live today.
FuelCentral™ is the aggregation engine inside FuelDeck™. It covers the whole path from the airport ramp to the fuel accounting office, and none of it needs new hardware. Excel, CSV and PDF files come in from handler portals, data feeds and secure file transfer. Reports go to one intake email. Scans come from any office scanner, photos from any phone's web browser. Each record is read as it arrives and tied to a flight. Native iOS and Android capture apps are coming late 2026.
Intake & delivery
FuelDeck™ reads fuel records in the formats and through the channels aviation fuel already uses. Nothing to install. Downstream, it delivers A4A and IATA standard XML, mapped per customer, to the fuel management and accounting systems. The file that goes out is the ledger that was reviewed.
Inside FuelDeck™

Fuel data is sensitive. FuelDeck™ runs on Google Cloud. Each company's data is isolated from every other tenant's, and every privileged action is logged.
Every ticket and record is encrypted in transit with TLS 1.3 and at rest with AES-256, and each company's data is isolated per tenant.
Role-based access control and per-company configuration. People see and change only what their role allows.
Privileged actions are logged. Customer credentials are stored write-only and encrypted.
