Duty and recovery reporting from the audited record

DutyCounter™ arrives in H2 2026. It reports from the ledger FuelScanner™ and FuelCounter™ already post to. One record, written once. Four gates before it posts, and the evidence stays attached to every line.

Live today, coming next

The reporting starts where the checking ends

A duty report is only as good as the record under it. That record exists today. FuelDeck™ collects fuel records, checks the quantities and the flight details, and hands traceable data to the teams and systems that reconcile and account for fuel.

Available today

One checked, traceable ledger

FuelScanner™ reads the record however it shows up. Files first: the Excel, PDF and CSV exports from handler portals, feeds and email. FuelCounter™ then runs every ticket through four gates before it posts. Each posted line keeps its source reference, the original document, the review decisions and the delivery status.

  • Four gates before anything posts, including a mandatory match to the airline's published schedule
  • Quantities compared only on their own basis
  • Copies, corrections and split deliveries told apart
  • Evidence on every line, A4A and IATA standard XML out
Coming H2 2026

DutyCounter™ reads the same record

What we have announced for DutyCounter™ is duty and recovery reporting from the audited record. FuelDeck™ modules all read one record, written once, and share the same validation. So DutyCounter™ starts from a ledger FuelScanner™ and FuelCounter™ have already checked and posted, not from scratch.

  • Reads the ledger that posts today, not a second copy of it
  • Every line traceable to its source document
  • A difference between quantities is never automatically recoverable money
  • Announced, not yet available: no savings or recovery amounts promised

What a report from the record could look like

This is a preview on sample data. Not a live account, and not a claim. Every line traces to a posted ticket, with the schedule leg it was checked against and the quantity on the basis it was written in.

Built on what posts today

Four phases live now, one coming next

Capture, Validate, Post and Deliver are in production now. In H2 2026, DutyCounter™ adds duty and recovery reporting on top of that record.

Capture · live

Read the record as it arrives

Excel, PDF and CSV files from handler portals, feeds and email get parsed as they arrive. A layout FuelDeck™ has not seen before is held for review rather than guessed at. Handwritten tickets and ramp photos are one input among several.

Validate · live

Four gates before anything posts

Your own field rules. Flight identity checked against live departure data. A mandatory match to the airline's published schedule. Then an anomaly screen against uplift history by route and aircraft type.

Post · live

One ledger, evidence on every line

Every posted transaction keeps its source reference, the original document, the review decisions and the delivery status.

Deliver · live

The file that leaves is the ledger that was reviewed

A4A and IATA standard XML for downstream fuel management and accounting systems, with per-customer mappings.

Report · coming H2 2026

Duty and recovery reporting

DutyCounter™ reports from the audited record. Same ledger, read once, no second round of data entry.

Why it starts from the ledger

Checked first, traceable after

01

Checked before it posts

Every ticket passes four gates, one of them a mandatory match to the airline's published schedule. Fail a gate and the ticket is held, with the reason, next to the schedule leg it was checked against.

02

Evidence on every line

Each posted transaction keeps its source reference, the original document, the review decisions and the delivery status. When someone challenges a number, the answer comes from the record. Nobody goes digging through an inbox.

03

Quantities on their own basis

Source figures stay as written. Gross, net, metered and ordered are only ever compared on the right basis, so a difference gets explained before anyone calls it a variance. And a difference is never automatically a loss, or recoverable money.

FAQ

DutyCounter™, answered

When is DutyCounter™ available?
DutyCounter™ arrives in H2 2026. Until then it is announced, not available, and the report on this page is a preview built on sample data.
What will it do?
Duty and recovery reporting from the audited record. It reads the ledger FuelScanner™ and FuelCounter™ post to today, so every record it reports on has already cleared four gates.
Will it recover duty automatically, or guarantee a refund?
No. DutyCounter™ is reporting, not automatic duty recovery, and we do not promise savings or recovery amounts. A gap between gross, net, metered or ordered quantities is not automatically money you can recover. The governing basis comes first.
What can I use today?
FuelScanner™, FuelCounter™ and VersoData™, all available now. Free to start, no credit card, priced per ticket, nothing to install. The ledger you build with them is the one DutyCounter™ will read.
